EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
The Expo is Oct. 10 from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Exhibitor set-up begins at 2:00 p.m.
The regular rates are $700 Members/$900 Non-Members.
Your exhibit may not exceed the width of your 6-foot table. We are unable to accommodate large free standing displays. Retractable banners are OK.
Registration fees include:
A 6’ x 30” skirted table for table top displays
2 company representatives including afternoon break, Expo, Evening Networking Reception and Breakfast on Oct. 11.

Payments not received by Aug. 1 will be processed at the regular registration rate.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that an exhibitor must cancel prior to the exhibit, all refunds will be at the discretion of PennDel AHMA based on date of cancellation and benefits received thus far. To reserve a space, fees must be paid in full.

$149.00 Room Rate per room (single or double occupancy), per night plus applicable taxes. Reservation Cut-Off Date: September 9, 2023
Requests received after Reservation Cut-Off Date; Saturday, September 9, 2023 may be accepted on a space available basis at the Hotel’s prevailing rate.
